Mass Effect: Andromeda - Completing quests on the planet Kadara: Something in the Water and Mind Games

Search for clues related to Angar's death

This is a fairly simple mission objective. There are main buildings in the settlement, and in each of them you should find an interactive datapad. One of the tablets contains a message and the other contains three audiologists. In addition, you also have to scan one of the dead Hangars.

Finding clues in Charybdis

Now you have to explore Charybdis, a place south of the Angara settlement. When you get there, talk to Mallox about the poisoned Hangar (you can also talk about other items, but it's not necessary). After the conversation, you can continue exploring the area and find the chest. Inside it you will find water filters.

Defeat of the guilty exiles

Mallox notices the team's discovery, and a new conversation begins. During it, you can learn more about the reasons why the exiles poisoned Angara. However, regardless of your choice in the dialogue, you will have to fight. Use your weapons and powers suitable for a short range to destroy the enemies that are closest to you, and then deal with those who are further away. You complete this quest by killing all the exiles.

Quest completion rewards: XP, Andromeda Vitality points.

How to unlock: Talk to the exile [Kadara].

Here you can find the Mind Games quest guide. This is one of the Heleus tasks (side quests) in the game Mass Effect: Andromeda. This quest can be unlocked during your exploration of the Kadara Desert. In this quest, you must find out the reason for the exiles' strange behavior.

Unlocking the quest

You can unlock these quests by exploring the area east of the Slum on Kadara. You can get there using Nomad and following the main roads. When you get there, talk to one of the exiles and you will discover that something is wrong.

Explore the datapad

The datapad is in the exile room, and after examining it, you can read the observation log entry.

Scan people

You have to scan three people in a room, and one of them is the "quest giver" for this mission. After scanning, you can listen to SAM's comment.

Find the source of the mysterious signal

Head south, and soon you should come across a new, larger building. Go inside and talk to one of the scientists. You will learn about the conducted (unethical) experiments. You can ask additional questions during the conversation, but this step is optional.

Change the signal that affects minds

Interact with the mind control device and you will have to make a choice. The game allows you to choose one of three options:

You can send a signal to the scientists and "release" the people on whom the experiments were conducted.

You can leave the device without interfering with the experiments.

You can alleviate the "suffering" of the victims. This will prevent scientists from conducting further experiments.
